MOMS Club of Norwich
We are a chapter of MOMS Club®, an international nonprofit organization aimed at providing support for mothers who have chosen to be the primary caregiver of their children. Our chapter was formed in 2001, but is one of over 40 in Connecticut!
Our goal is to bring stay-at-home and part-time working mothers and their children together and to provide activities that meet the social needs of both the moms and their kids. We also combine our efforts to perform community service projects that benefit moms and kids in our area. In addition to playgroups, we also have a monthly Moms Night Out! The Norwich chapter covers the towns of Norwich, Lisbon, Griswold, Jewett City, Bozrah, Uncasville, Franklin, Versailles, Preston, Baltic, & Canterbury.
The MOMS Club of Norwich is led by our Executive Board, which consists of a President, Membership Vice President, Administrative Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. We are also a 501c(3) non-profit organization that looks to serve our community in many ways.
